FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS A 240V 32A SOCKET IS TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE EVENT COORDINATOR OR A SAFE AREA TO LOCATE A DIESEL GENERATOR UP TO A MAX DISTANCE OF 20M AWAY FROM THE SET UP AREA.

CAREFUL CONSIDERATION IS REQUIRED WHERE GENERATOR POWER IS NEEDED TO ENSURE THE UNIT CAN BE PLACED IN A SAFE AND REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM THE PITCH LOCATION.

ALL CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE DAY NEEDS TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE EVENT COORDINATOR IN GOOD TIME PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

FOR INDOOR EVENTS TWO 13 AMP SOCKETS WILL NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. ANY ENERGY COSTS MUST BE TAKEN IN TO CONSIDERATION BY THE EVENT COORDINATOR AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

SUITABLE ACCESS TO THE SET UP AREA MUST BE CONSIDERED PRIOR TO BOOKING I.E NO STAIRS ETC.

FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS A FLAT FLOOR AREA MEASURING BETWEEN 3X3M AND 6M X 3M WILL BE NEEDED FOR THE MARQUEE.

WHERE TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE REQUIRED AN ADDITIONAL FLAT FLOOR AREA IN FRONT OF THE MARQUEE MEASURING APPROXIMATELY 4X4M WILL BE NEEDED.

WHERE PRE PAID ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, A £50 (NON REFUNDABLE ON CANCELLATION) DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THE BALANCE IS TO BE PAID BY CHEQUE / BANK TRANSFER 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT START DATE. SUBLIME COFFEE MAY NOT ATTEND ANY EVENT WHERE NO MONEY HAS BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN THE SET TIME. .
